Nom Nom Nom!

Hello world :) I had a lovely day out with the Friends yesterday. Well to begin the day, I went to the dentist. I was really excited since I haven't gotten my teeth checked in ages BUT my dad had a broken bit of the toothpick stuck between his teeth and it took ages for my uncle (the dentist) to find where it was and my sister was after him... So I couldn't get my teeth checked because I would've been late meeting up with Dung (Yoong) and Nicolette to watch Painted Skin II: The Resurrection.
The movie was so good. Amazing effects and settings. I love how Yang Mi (the left girl on the end) and Feng Shaofeng (the right guy on the end) acted together in this movie because I absolutely LOVE them in Palace: The Locked Heart Jade. Anyways, overall I thought the story was pretty good, it kind of dragged a bit in the beginning though. Click to view: Trailer 1Trailer 2

Well... the main event of the day was the joint birthday dinner - Happy Birthday to Jen, Emily, Jackie, Yvette, Vivian. Dinner was booked at an Italian restaurant, Vapiano. Beautiful place. The restaurant had 2 levels and we were upstairs. The upstairs' interior was AMAZING!!
Tables/benches surrounding a tree.
I thought it looked really WOOOW with the soft lighting.

There were pots of parsley and rosemary in the middle of the table so you can put it in your food.

I didn't really look at the menu because I was too busy taking photos but I got POLLO AMATRICIANA, which had chicken breast, Vapiano's own tomato and herb sauce with onion, mushroom and bacon. It was nice but it was a bit dry... I didn't take a picture of my dish because I thought my friend got the same one and so I just took a photo of hers :)

PROSCIUTTO E FUNGHI (right): ham, mushrooms, Vapiano's own tomato base, mozzarella

POMODORO FRESCO E BASILICO (right): cherry tomatoes, basil

GAMBERI (left): prawns, Vapiano's own tomato and herb sauce, with white wine, carrots, cherry tomatoes and spring onion
CARBONARA (right): onions, bacon and egg in a cream sauce

RAVIOLI CON CARNE: ravioli with bolognese filling, cream, tomato sauce, carrots, spring onions and cherry tomatoes

During dinner, I took photos of everyone eating and after dinner, we went out into the cold night and I started taking more photos :)

I'm not in the photo by the way :) muahaha

Good Day. I'll be taking photos for my cousin's birthday party. So hope y'all be looking forward to them :) Happy Days!
