Day 3 & 4 - Would You Call It A Sleepover?

KONICHIWA So on the 12th and 13th of November was the Grammar Sleepover, the whole Year 12 cohort going to camp at Marrapatta (school's Outdoor Education Centre). Everyone had to get on the bus by 8am and Emily couldn't make it because she was sick :( Well we did video call her at one point... The trip to the camp site would've taken about 2 hours but it took longer because we made a stop at Noosa. Why? Because our first surprise was announced to be a Ferry Cruise on the Noosa River! Yep, that's right. We hung around to get some chips... and it was time to board the ferry but my fish held up our group :) There was 4 groups and 3 ferries, luckily my group and another group had our own ferries whereas the other 2 group had to share one. So we just ate our fish and chips while cruising along the river, looking at pretty apartments. A lot of people were sun burnt...pretty badly so please be sun smart everyone! Oh forgot to mention, 2 of the teachers that was with my group, lost their hat. A windy day indeed. 


So when we arrived at Marrapatta, we ate some snacks and some people swam in the creeks. After that we started our dance practice for Valedictory Dinner, which was on the  13th as well so when we got home from camp, we had to get ready for the Dinner straight-afterwards. Hectic! Okay so after our dance practice was dinner... I liked the ice-cream :) Our next surprise happened at Marrapatta and it was watching a movie under the night sky. So it was like a home entertainment set up outside! I thought it was pretty cool.  Oh yeah we watched Step Up. It was still good. Felt like dancing because of the music. After that we slept... on the dance floor. Not the best night because my neck was hurting, someone was making funny noises (probably Viv), resulting Natasha to move next to me and she woke me up because of a turkey... 

So next day, 14th of November, we had breakfast, packed up and then hopped onto the bus to go to the bowling place. It was so hot that day! We had lunch there. Food tasted great! After that was home time and then Valedictory Dinner (next post). 

Now the post wont be finished without photos :) Oh yeah I had to make a video because I used up my 1gb of photos... Hence why I took forever posting this.. Oops.
